Client Focus:

Issues:

“Love the Life You Live; Live the Life you Love.”

Finding a therapist, especially post-pandemic, has proven to be a job in and of itself. When you’re struggling with anxiety, burn out, depression or needing support in your transition or to recover from your eating disorder, that extra task feels impossible.

With my background in holistic studies, I aim to support a client’s full self: in mind, body, spirit, and culture. I prefer to work in collaboration with my clients to achieve the goals they declare at the onset of our meeting.

I utilize a holistic and individualistic approach throughout the therapeutic process to accommodate each client’s unique experience, needs, and goals for therapy.

I want my clients to feel like they are having a normal conversation with a loving human being that joins them in their search for self-discovery, relief from anxiety and depression and identifying their best next steps towards the life they want to create.
